As a resident of the Ogden Valley for the past 12 years, I can tell you this is a fabulous place to live and play. As a newly licensed real estate agent I hope my love of the Valley will become infectious to you and inspire you to want to move to the Valley, or purchase a second home here.
What's not to love about the Ogden Valley! If you love the outdoors as much as I do this is the place you want to be. The winter offers every outdoor sport you can imagine: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, ice fishing, sledding, and more. During the 2002 Winter Olympics you could stop off at Pineview Resevoir to watch a little curling...not that it's much of a spectator sport. My point being, with the variety of terrain and venues that the Ogden Valley offers there aren't many winter activities that can't be done here.
Real estate options in the valley include single family homes and condos. Condos are an excellent option for that second or vacation home as the majority of them in the Valley are located near ski resorts and/or Pineview Resevoir.
